Andrew O’Leary has worked the grant systems and done the planning for New Bedford school system finances this past decade. The Cork, Ireland native is responsible for much of the planning and management of funding sources that has allowed the district to upgrade many of its school buildings, build a new school central kitchen and launch badly needed equity programs.
On Wednesday, Sept. 21, Assistant Superintendent of Finance and Operations O’Leary was Jack Spillane’s guest on The Chat.
