Bidders again push restaurant, wind center, fish market at State Pier
But local lawmakers press for greater transparency from MassDevelopment after earlier plans were scrapped amid complaints about secrecy.
New bids being accepted for State Pier development
A previous plan included a restaurant overlooking the Schooner Ernestina-Morrissey, a hub for offshore wind projects and a fish auction house where people could watch the daily catch being offloaded.
