Cape Verdean Recognition Week concludes Sunday, July 5, with the 54th Cape Verdean Recognition Parade and Kultura Festa in New Bedford. Kultura Festa begins at 11 a.m. at Serenity Gardens, featuring music, food vendors, cultural attractions, and other activities. The parade follows at noon, traveling along Union Street to the Cape Verdean Veterans Memorial Hall.
