2026 Summer Sound Series: NB Rude Boys
Free live music is back in downtown New Bedford with the 2026 Summer Sound Series. The outdoor concerts feature nine Friday night performances on select dates from June through September.
Music runs from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. unless otherwise noted. The July 3 concert begins at 6 p.m. and will be followed by fireworks over New Bedford Harbor.
June 26 — NB Rude Boys with special guests
Genre: Ska
Special guests include New Bedford vocalist and business owner Lori Gomes, Dartmouth saxophonist John Collins, formerly of 7 Day Weekend, and trombonist Walt Bostonian, an international recording artist who has performed with Bim Skala Bim.
