Yoga Latin Flow Celebration 2026 is on Thursday, Jan. 15, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Yoga es Vida. The all-levels class blends energizing yoga with uplifting Latin music, focusing on breath, rhythm, and intentional movement to welcome the new year feeling grounded and refreshed.
The fee is $20. All are welcome.
El primer Latin Flow del 2026 se realizará el jueves 15 de enero, de 6 a 7:30 p.m., en Yoga es Vida. La clase ofrece un flujo dinámico con música latina para moverte con intención y comenzar el año con claridad y energía. Todos los niveles son bienvenidos.
