The SS Larchmont Remembered

Daniel Harrington presents a talk on the sinking of the SS Larchmont, a largely forgotten maritime disaster that occurred off Watch Hill in February 1907. The program explores the story of the ship, its crew, and its passengers, along with accounts of survival, panic, tragedy, and unexpected moments of hope.
The presentation takes place Saturday, Feb. 7, at 2 p.m. at the North Branch Library. The program is free and open to the public.
