Yoga Es Vida Collective offers a restorative sound healing experience on Sunday, July 26 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Admission is $25.
The session features the vibrations of sacred instruments designed to encourage relaxation, reflection, and reconnection. Participants will explore the senses, bioscalar energy, and the wisdom of the five elements.
