Qigong at Cushman Park

Since 2011, a South Coast favorite has brought free wellness classes to Cushman Park. Now in its 15th year, the program continues with 10 weeks of yoga and Qigong, held Tuesday and Friday mornings at 8:30 a.m. from June 16 through Aug. 21.

Free Qigong begins June 19 and runs Fridays at 8:30 a.m. through Aug. 21. The series has grown to include hundreds of classes focused on balance, movement, and connection.

Instructor Cristina Corrieri leads gentle, flowing sessions that support overall well-being.

All are welcome. Bring water and dress comfortably. Classes are weather permitting.
