A Women’s Healing Circle is a calm, supportive space to slow down and reconnect. The gathering centers on emotional release and inner clarity through guided reflection and gentle grounding practices.
Guests take part in meditation, light somatic movement, and heart-centered discussion. The circle is for women seeking rest, healing, or a pause from daily demands.
