Free Fruits and Vegetables for SNAP Recipients

SNAP recipients can receive free fruits and vegetables through the Healthy Incentives Program.

Pickups are held on the first Friday of the month from 2 to 3 p.m. Dates include Dec. 5, Jan. 9, and Feb. 6.
Distribution takes place at the Underground Railroad Cafe, 213 Acushnet Ave.

Participants receive up to $40 in seasonal produce each month at no cost. A SNAP EBT card with a balance of at least $0.01 and a PIN is required.
