Fitness in the Park: Strength Training
May 4 @ 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Kick off the week with free strength training on Monday, May 4 at Hathaway Park in Assonet. Classes run from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Additional sessions are May 18 and June 1.
Registration required. Bring water and wear comfortable clothing and sneakers.
This free program features a variety of outdoor fitness classes designed for all ages and experience levels, including yoga, Zumba, strength training, self-defense, and pickleball.
