Blessing of the Bicycles

Blessing of the Bicycles is on Sunday, April 26, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Unitarian Universalist Society of Fairhaven. Admission is free.
Four local groups are involved, including Youth Opportunities Unlimited, Fairhaven Livable Streets, and SouthCoast Places for People.
Free walk-up bike repair and skill-building will be available. No appointment is needed. Demonstrations show how to lube a chain and fix a flat tire. Volunteer mechanics will help.
Information on donating used bikes to Youth Opportunities Unlimited’s Community Bike Shop in New Bedford will be available.
Open to all ages. Light repairs only. Bring a bike. E-bikes will not be accepted.
