Cape Verdean Flag Raising Ceremony and block party

The Cape Verdean Recognition Committee will host a Cape Verdean flag-raising ceremony from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, June 29, on the steps of New Bedford City Hall.
A block party will follow the ceremony from 7 to 8 p.m. Entertainment continues afterward at the Bisca Club, 161 Acushnet Ave., with music and refreshments.
