City Property Committee meeting

City Property Committee meets Thursday, Feb. 19, at 7 p.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall. The meeting will be live-streamed on the city’s website.
Members will discuss a possible lease of a 25,000-square-foot Diocese parking lot at Ashley Boulevard and Earle Street for municipal use. The committee will also begin the disposition process for Phillips Avenue Elementary School.
The agenda includes continued review of proposals to redevelop part of Whaling City Golf Course into an Advanced Manufacturing Campus. Discussion may move into executive session if needed.
