Salt & Light exhibit: Kim Gatesman, Christy Gunnels, and Barbara Healy

“Salt & Light” features the paintings of Kim Gatesman, Christy Gunnels, and Barbara Healy. The exhibit opens Friday, May 29, with a free public reception from 5 to 7 p.m. An artist talk follows on Thursday, June 25, at 5 p.m.
The show highlights New England landscapes, including rocky shorelines, salt marshes, cranberry bogs, and coastlines. Each painter brings an individual perspective through light, color, and atmosphere. Together, the works encourage a closer look at the SouthCoast’s land, water, and sky.
The exhibition runs through July 3, 2026.
Gallery hours are Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The gallery is closed on Sunday and Monday.
Summer hours begin June 30. Hours shift to Tuesday through Friday from 1 to 5 p.m., with Saturday hours remaining 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The gallery remains closed on Sunday and Monday.
