A winter coat and clothing giveaway is planned for Thursday, Jan. 22, from 4 to 6 p.m. A free dinner from Common Ground Cafe will be served in cooperation with RISE Up for Homes and Quakers from Spring Street in New Bedford. Coats, clothing, and the meal are free. Donations will be accepted.
