    A Veterans Day ceremony organized by the Dartmouth Veterans Advisory Board will take place Tuesday, Nov. 11, at 10 a.m. The annual event will be held rain or shine at the Council on Aging, 628 Dartmouth St. Light refreshments will be available after the ceremony.
