The New Bedford Light does not make any warranties or representations that any Linked Sites, or the Services, will function without error or interruption, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services, and their servers are free of viruses and other problems that can harm your computer.

  • Regarding Promotional Messages. You may opt-out of receiving promotional emails by following the instructions in those emails or by sending an email to the email provided in the “Contact Us” section below. If you opt out, we may still send you transactional or relationship messages, such as emails about your account or our ongoing business relations.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR HARM ATTRIBUTABLE TO SUCH FEATURES.
