Join The New Bedford Light for a Community Conversation on challenges within the addiction recovery environment and ideas for improving the “continuum of care.”
Our panel discussion will feature Carl Alves, CEO of Positive Action Against Chemical Addiction (PAACA); David Daniels, project director at RISE Recovery Support Center; and Melissa Kachapis, clinical director of residential and outpatient services at Steppingstone, and New Bedford Light reporter Arthur Hirsch.
The conversation begins at 6 p.m., Tuesday, May 14, in the New Bedford Public Library’s third-floor meeting room. Admission is free, with light refreshments available. Those who wish to attend are asked to pre-register here.
