As the number of immigrant students dips, O’Leary urges caution
New Bedford has seen a 6% decline in enrolled immigrant students since last year. But Superintendent Andrew O’Leary says, “We are not seeing significant impact from the climate of fear and the anti-immigration rules in the data.”
