Yoga in the Park at Cushman Park

A longtime South Coast tradition returns for its 15th year at Cushman Park. The free summer series features 10 weeks of yoga and Qigong, with classes held on Tuesdays and Fridays at 8:30 a.m. from June 16 through Aug. 21.
Free outdoor yoga begins June 16 and continues Tuesdays at 8:30 a.m. through Aug. 21. Since 2011, the program has offered hundreds of free classes centered on movement, mindfulness, and community.
Instructor David Trauterman leads sessions designed for all levels. Expect gentle stretching, and breathwork.
Bring a mat and water. Classes are weather permitting.
