Y.O.U.R. Music Awards at the Strand Theatre

Five Cape and South Coast artists will perform at the inaugural Y.O.U.R. Music Awards on Saturday, Sept. 5 at 4:30 p.m. at the Strand Theatre, 543 Columbia Rd., Dorchester. Tickets are $10 to 25.
Performers include Chops Turner, The ZYG 808, TAMARI, SIAHLAW and MWALIM DaPhunkee Professor. Their sets will span jazz dance, rock-hop, world dance, rap, blues and soul.
The awards program will bring together musicians, performers and music industry professionals to recognize independent music and artistic achievement.
