WHALE’s Living the Old House Dream
Love old houses? Dream of owning one, or already have one? WHALE’s “Living the Old House Dream” explores what it is really like to live in and care for a historic home, with tips along the way.
The program looks at the rewards, realities, and occasional surprises that come with old-house ownership. It is open to longtime owners and anyone just starting to imagine owning a historic home.
Upcoming dates are Wednesday, Oct. 14; Wednesday, Nov. 4; and Wednesday, Nov. 18. Sessions will be held from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the New Bedford Whaling National Historical Park Visitor Center auditorium, 33 William St. Doors open at 5 p.m.
