Watercolor workshop: autumn leaves
October 21 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Learn to paint the details and colors of autumn leaves at a watercolor workshop Wednesday, Oct. 21, from 1 to 3 p.m. at the New Bedford Arts and Cultural Emporium.
The $45 class introduces beginners to watercolor techniques using real leaves as inspiration. Participants will practice color mixing, brushwork, pigment-to-water ratios, and techniques such as wet-on-wet painting, splattering, and scraping to create different effects.
