WAG Call for Artists: “MidWinter Dreams”
January 6 - February 3
Westport Art Group is accepting submissions for MidWinter Dreams, a February exhibit pairing original visual art with original poetry. The show runs Feb. 13–22, Friday through Sunday, with an opening reception on Sunday, Feb. 15, from 1 to 4 p.m.
The call is open to members and non-members, with online registration closing Feb. 3. Artists may submit work to be paired with a poem, create art inspired by a poem provided by local poets, or submit work based on the theme without a pairing. Artist and poet conversations will take place during the opening reception and on Sundays from 2 to 3 p.m.
