Tranquil Tides Sauna & Cold Plunge

Tranquil Tides Sauna & Cold Plunge includes a built-in changing space. Guests should bring a towel and change of clothes. After the session, wine or beer by the glass and food from the Farmers Feast food truck are available.

Participants are encouraged to call ahead to confirm food truck hours. The upstairs wine bar is also open, and free fire pits are available depending on the weather.

There are no cancellations, and reservations should only be made by those who plan to attend. The cost is $125 with a $25 discount for Wine Club members.
