Tote Basket with Shaker Tape Handles

Create a handcrafted tote basket with Shaker-tape handles during a class from 1 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, July 19.

Students will weave a 10-by-6-by-10-inch basket using natural reeds, with the option to add colored accents and a black walnut stain for extra durability. The $55 fee includes all materials.

The finished basket is practical for everything from trips to the farmers market and the garden to carrying books or craft supplies. Beginners and experienced weavers are welcome.
