The George Gritzbach Band at The Shepherd Center

The George Gritzbach Band blends blues, roots and R&B with original songs and fresh takes on classics. The group has played at festivals and venues across North America and has shared stages with B.B. King, Bonnie Raitt and Robert Cray.

Gritzbach, long known on the New England blues scene, is joined by bassist and vocalist Scott Lariviere, keyboardist Johnny Menezes, saxophonist Peter Murray, and drummer and vocalist Christian McCarthy.

The band’s latest album, Full Circle, highlights Gritzbach’s strength as a songwriter and his reputation as a dedicated blues artist.
