Sunset Music Series: Mike Mahoney
Mike Mahoney has been performing professionally since 1975. He has spent the past 41 years as lead singer and rhythm guitarist for New Bedford’s Pearly Baker Band, a Grateful Dead tribute group. His song choices lean toward music that is fun, thoughtful, and easy to connect with. Sets often include Grateful Dead songs along with music by John Prine, Bob Dylan, JJ Cale, Paul Simon, Lou Reed, and James Taylor.
Each $25 ticket covers one carload. A list of ticket purchasers will be available at the entrance. No refunds or ticket changes unless canceled because of weather.
Food trucks include Farmer’s Feast, Rhode Rage, Tacofied, Blount Clam Shack, Spindrift Raw Bar, JoJo’s Coffee, and Annie’s Ice Cream Shack.
Bring an ID for wine and beer wristbands. Chairs and blankets are welcome. Please leave picnic tables and lawn furniture in place. Service dogs only. No outside food, alcohol, or coolers. Children must remain supervised. Please stay off the stone walls.
