Summer Members’ Show at the MAC

The Marion Art Center is issuing a call for entries for its Summer Members’ Show, which runs from August 21 – September 19, 2025. Any person with a current MAC membership may enter one piece for exhibit this summer, to allow enough room for all without overcrowding.
In collaboration with the Sippican Lands Trust, artists are encouraged to use the new en plein air benches at Osprey Marsh, Peirson Woods, and White Eagle as inspiration. Pieces created on SLT properties will be noted in the gallery with a special label.
Nonmembers participating in SLT’s Summer of Art event may display their work in a pop-up show during the final three days of the exhibition, Sept. 17-19.
An opening reception is scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 21, from 5 to 7 p.m.
