Strategic Planning for Nonprofits virtual series

Melissa Harris of Fio Partners will lead a four-part virtual series for nonprofit leaders. The sessions will focus on choosing a planning approach, gathering input and turning priorities into action.
Each session runs from noon to 1:30 p.m. Participants are encouraged to attend the full series. They may also register for individual sessions or watch recordings later.
- Thursday, Oct. 15: Choosing the Right Planning Approach. Assess organizational context, readiness, and capacity. Register
- Thursday, Nov. 12: Designing an Informed, Inclusive and Right-Sized Process. Consider who should participate and how decisions will be made. Register
- Thursday, Dec. 3: Listening, Learning and Engagement. Identify what information is needed and whose perspectives matter. Register
- Thursday, Jan. 7: Moving from Insights to Priorities to Action. Turn ideas into clear priorities and next steps. Register
