Spring Retreat and Workshop

Inner Star’s spring retreat is held at Barney’s Joy Farm from April 17-19.
The weekend focuses on rest and wellness, with guided meditation, gentle movement, and shared meals in a natural setting.
Spring Workshop is on Sunday, May 3, 3:00-5:30pm at Cedar Wind Center.
