Special Committee on Special Permits and Licensing meeting

The Special Committee on Special Permits and Licensing meets on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 7 p.m. in Council Chambers, Room 214, at City Hall.
- Committee members will review an application for a new private livery license for All Needs Transportation.
- They will also consider a residency waiver request for All Things With Anna’s secondhand dealer license.
- The committee is scheduled to continue its discussion on the possibility of allowing cannabis consumption lounges in New Bedford and hear updates from city officials on the legal and regulatory process.
