Southeastern Massachusetts Metropolitan Planning Organization (SMMPO) meeting
The Southeastern Massachusetts Metropolitan Planning Organization meets remotely Tuesday, Aug. 18, at 1 p.m. via Zoom.
Members will consider minutes from the June 16 meeting and hear public comments and updates from regional transit authorities.
The agenda includes updates to the FFY 2026-2030 Transportation Improvement Program, including administrative changes involving GATRA equipment, buses and the East Maintenance Facility.
Members will also vote on whether to release two draft plans for a 21-day public comment period. One addresses congestion management across Southeastern Massachusetts. The other focuses on food access, food security and transportation.
