Shakespeare in New Bedford: Hamlet

Shakespeare in New Bedford and Reverie Theatre Group will present “Hamlet” on the RJD patio. Performances run on Aug. 13, 14, 15, 20, 21, and 22 at 7:30 p.m. Sensory-friendly matinees will be held on Aug. 16 and 23 at 2 p.m.
Admission is free, and donations will be accepted.
The production sets Shakespeare’s tragedy in a present-day Baptist church in the American South. It explores themes of mortality, madness, and moral corruption.
