Protest Songs with David Rovic & Kamala Emanue

Singer-songwriter David Rovics will perform during October’s AHA! Night. The event takes place on Thursday, Oct. 9, at 7 p.m.
Based in Portland, Ore., Rovics has toured internationally since the 1990s, performing at festivals, clubs, and protests. His music often focuses on labor, environmental, antiwar, and social justice movements. He also writes and produces a podcast on related themes.
The performance is free and open to the public. Handicap access is available at the rear entrance on Eighth Street through the parking lot door.
