Paper Quilling workshop: earrings

The workshop teaches the decorative paper art of quilling through the creation of handmade earrings. Admission is $45.
Students will roll and shape paper into colorful designs using traditional quilling tools. Sample patterns will be available, along with the option to create original styles.
Quilling originated in 15th-century France and Italy and was once used by nuns to decorate religious objects. The class offers an introduction to the revived art form through a hands-on project.
