Paper Quilling: Valentine Hearts

Participants will create a Valentine design or develop an original piece. Options include a quilled greeting card or a framed shadowbox. The process is approachable for beginners and encourages creativity.
The class takes place on Friday, Feb. 6, from 1 to 3:30 p.m. The fee is $35.
