Painted pomegranates on silk workshop at MAC

Instructor Lidia Mikhaylova will lead a silk painting workshop Saturday, Oct. 3, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Marion Art Center studio.
During the class, participants will experiment with color and paint as they create pomegranate designs on silk. Instead of focusing on complex techniques, the workshop explores how paint moves across fabric. All materials will be provided.
Attendees should wear clothes suitable for painting and may bring a water bottle, lunch, or snacks. The class fee is $70 for MAC members and $80 for nonmembers.
