Onset New Year’s Polar Plunge

Start 2026 with a splash at the New Year’s Polar Plunge at Onset Bay. The plunge runs Thursday, Jan. 1, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Onset Bay Center. Check-in opens at 11 a.m. The group plunge begins at noon.
Music, food vendors, and warm drinks set the scene. Festive outfits are encouraged. Fundraising is optional, with donations supporting the Buzzards Bay Coalition and the Onset Bay Association. Spectators are welcome.
The event is presented by the Buzzards Bay Coalition’s Onset Bay Center and the Onset Bay Association, with support from the Wareham Cultural Council and the Mass Cultural Council.
