Oak Hoop Egg Basket class

This basket-weaving workshop will guide participants in creating a functional 8-by-8-by-10-inch basket for several everyday uses, from holding dinner rolls and fruit to serving as a catchall for household items. The class fee is $55.
Made with quarter-inch reeds and finished with a half-round reed, the medium-sized basket will be dipped in a black walnut stain after completion for preservation, beauty, and durability.
The instructor uses a lined version of the basket as a sewing room catchall, but students can choose their own use for this versatile piece.
