NextGen Empowered — Confidence Experience

NextGen Empowered will hold the Confidence Experience for girls ages 11 to 13 on May 30 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Knights of Columbus in Mattapoisett. The workshop is limited to 15 participants and the fee is $150.
The three-hour program focuses on confidence, self-image, posture, communication, and self-expression through group activities, guided discussions, movement exercises, and a mini photoshoot. Each participant will receive five edited photos, a journal, and a gift bag.
Organizers said the workshop is designed to help pre-teen girls build confidence, connect with peers, and develop a stronger sense of self in a supportive environment.
