New Bedford Zoning Board of Appeals meeting

The New Bedford Zoning Board of Appeals will meet on Thursday, Oct. 15, from 6 to 9 p.m. in Ashley Room 120 at City Hall, 133 William St.
Public hearings include a proposal to convert the second and third floors of a building at 229-241 and 252 Coffin Ave. into 37 residential units. The board will also consider a proposal to convert a mixed-use building at 354-358 Arnold St. into a three-family apartment building.
The agenda includes approval of the minutes from the Aug. 20 meeting.
