New Bedford School Committee meeting

The New Bedford School Committee will meet Monday, Aug. 10 at 6 p.m. at Keith Middle School, 225 Hathaway Blvd.
Members will consider changes to the grade structure and school districts for the Ashley Elementary School project. They will also review policies on school wellness, student restraint and parent advisory councils.
The agenda includes an update on the opening of schools, committee reports and public comment. An executive session is planned to discuss collective bargaining with the New Bedford Educators Association Unit B and AFSCME.
