New Bedford Retirement Board meeting
The New Bedford Retirement Board will meet Tuesday, Sept. 29, at 9 a.m. in person at 651 Orchard St., Room 203A, and remotely via Zoom. Remote participants can contact Eric Cohen at ECohen@newbedfordretirement.org or 508-979-1538 for the meeting ID and password.
Agenda items include an introduction from PERAC Commissioner William Keefe and an August investment update from Segal Marco Advisors. Members will also review the status of MGL Chapter 32, Section 91A; approve August meeting minutes; review monthly expenses and financial reports; and discuss the 2027 NCPERS membership renewal.
The board will also review a proposed policy for the fifth member appointment and consider the funding schedule. The board will discuss disability-related matters in executive session.
