New Bedford Redevelopment Authority meeting
The New Bedford Redevelopment Authority will meet Monday, Sept. 21, at 4 p.m. at 572 Pleasant St.
Agenda items include a review of the July 20 meeting minutes, staff and finance reports, and updates on properties and projects, including 1215 Purchase St., Coffin Avenue properties, the Small Lots Project, ongoing studies, and 175 MacArthur Drive.
New business includes consideration of a Consent, Recognition & Non-Disturbance Agreement for 1207 Acushnet Ave. and an RFR submission for 672-674 Pleasant St.
An executive session is scheduled to discuss the potential purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property if the chair determines that an open meeting could negatively affect the authority’s negotiating position.
