New Bedford Finance Committee meeting focuses on wastewater costs

NEW BEDFORD — The city’s Finance Committee meets Thursday, June 11, to address communications from the mayor related to wastewater rates and a loan order for the city’s Long Term CSO Control and Integrated Capital Improvement Plan.
They include the wastewater rate proposals for FY ’27 and a loan order to appropriate $20.4 million for the purpose of financing the cost of projects outlined in the City’s Long Term CSO Control and Integrated Capital Improvement Plan.
The meeting starts at 6 p.m. at City Hall.
