Nature Play & Learn: Frozen Fun

Mobile Adventures hosts a free family program on winter hydrology from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Feb. 21.
Children and caregivers can learn about how water moves through the seasons, focusing on what happens when temperatures drop. Activities include experiments with snow, a look at the subnivean zone beneath the snowpack, and simple lessons on freezing and melting. Participants also create snowflake-inspired crafts to take home.
Mobile Adventures is an urban youth program of The Trustees. It offers free nature-based play and learning experiences for children in Boston, Fall River, and New Bedford.
