Mini Big Top Circus at Millicent Library
Mini Big Top, a Mini Circus for Mini Readers comes to the Millicent Library on Saturday, Sept. 12, from 11 a.m. to noon in the Rita E. Steele Auditorium.
The free show features Small But Mighty, a Massachusetts aerialist and acrobatic duo featuring Elizabeth and Laura. Their family program combines circus performance with reading and includes aerial silks, hula hoop acrobatics, aerial hoop, circus trivia with prizes and book recommendations.
After the performance, children can learn hula hoop tricks and other ground skills.
The program is funded by the Fairhaven Cultural Council, with support from the Mass Cultural Council. The council awarded Elizabeth Nelson $900 for the Mini Big Top program in fiscal 2026.
