Marshall Crenshaw Band at Narrows

Marshall Crenshaw’s career began in the early 1980s with his debut single “Something’s Gonna Happen on Shake Records.” At the same time, Robert Gordon released Crenshaw’s Someday Someway on RCA. Both songs became hits on New York’s WNEW-FM, boosting Crenshaw and his trio’s local popularity.
Over four decades, Crenshaw has released 13 albums, earned Grammy and Golden Globe nominations, appeared in film and TV including La Bamba, and performed thousands of live shows. He continues to tour and record. He is also producing a documentary about record producer Tom Wilson.
James Mastro, the opening act, is a guitarist, multi-instrumentalist, and producer. He has toured internationally with Ian Hunter, Patti Smith, John Cale, The Jayhawks, and Robert Plant. His new album, “Dawn of a New Error,” blends Americana and rock influences.
Tickets are $46 in advance and $49 on the day of the show.
